International delegates can submit their letter of intent for participating in the conference and thereafter can pay the requisite amount, as applicable on date, at the conference venue.

No request for cancelation will be entertained after 31st July 2024
No request of refund will be entertained after submission of abstract for oral/poster submission
Refund will be issued after one month of completion of conference
